The Business Integrator client integrates your Consolidated ProConnect service with a variety of business applications to provide a more effective and intuitive work environment for your team.
Place Calls
There are multiple ways to call someone using Business Integrator. You can use the address book, recent calls list tab, or the search bar in any menu window (other than Help) to look for a contact name within any integrated address book and place calls.
Enter the contact’s name; either first, middle, or last name can be searched.
Click the Calling icon to dial the contact. During a connected call, the Search and Dial tool can be used to transfer the call to a contact:
