This document provides guidance for users to effectively utilize their Texting app within ProConnect with Webex.

Add Texting in Webex Spaces

1. 1. Sign in to your Webex account.
  2. Navigate to the desired Webex Space you wish to include Texting.
  3. Click Apps.

1. 1. In the Search bar, type Texting.

1. 1. From the populated results, select Texting SMS/MMS for Webex.
  2. Click Add App to install.

1. 1. Enter the pre-approved phone number.
  2. Click Add Phone Number.
  3. Click Add to tab to set the tab in your Space.

1. 1. Click Text For Business to use Texting within the Space.
