Group Call Report

The Group Call Report allows administrators to view and analyze call records for a specific group within the admin portal. In this guide, we'll review how to access the Group Call Report dashboard, filter results by date and time, and export the report as a .CSV file.

    1. From the dashboard, in the left-hand menu, expand Call Reports under Reports.
    2. Select Group Call Report.

    1. Review the at-a-glance call activity for Today, Yesterday, This Week, and Last Week.
    2. Select a timeframe to view more detailed information.

    1. To view a specific date and time range, click the Search icon.

    1. Select the desired date and time range.
    2. Select Generate.

    1. Once the report is generated, select:
      • Overview to view a summary of call activity
      • Raw Data to view detailed call records
    2. To export the report, select the Raw Data tab.
    3. Click the Download icon to export the report as a .CSV file.
