Meet-Me Conferencing
The Meet-Me Conferencing feature allows multiple callers to join a single audio call, enabling meetings with participants in different locations. Once set up, the service can be used at any time without scheduling or reservations.
Administrators can configure Meet-Me Conferencing for a group within the admin portal.

Feature Details
- Customers may have multiple Meet-Me conference bridges per group.
- Multiple conference bridge owners (moderators) for a group/location can be assigned to the same bridge access number.
- Each bridge supports up to 250 concurrent participants (ports), so customers will need to allocate their bridge owners based on an assumed level of oversubscription.
- Bridge ports are consumed on a first come-first served basis among all conference participants and moderator hosts.
- Administrators can change bridge port allocation on a per owner basis; the range is from 3 to 250 ports.
- A Conference ID and Moderator PIN will be system generated for each moderator user assigned to a bridge and should be emailed to them.
