Auto Attendant Reports

The admin portal provides reporting options for auto attendants. Auto attendant reporting includes call detail reports displayed through graphs and raw data for hourly and daily activity.

Auto Attendant Report Types:

  • Call Volume
    • Call Volume By Time Period
    • Call Volume Per Option
  • Call Time
    • Call Time Per Time Period
    • Call Time Per Option
  • Raw Data
    • User ID (i.e. ID of the auto attendant)
    • Department
    • Other Party (name of auto attendant option)
    • Called Number (number of auto attendant option)
    • Placed Seconds
    • Wait Seconds
    • Total Seconds
    • Release Time

Generate / View / Download Auto Attendant Reports

To generate, view, and download an auto attendant report, follow these steps:

  1. From the group dashboard, under Group Services, select Auto Attendant. Auto attendants configured for this location are listed.

  1. Select the auto attendant you would like to report on.
  2. Under Reporting, select Auto Attendant Report.

  1. From the top tabs, choose which report type you would like to view - Call Volume, Call Time or Raw Data.
  2. Select the Search icon to set your search criteria.

  1. Here you can set the following search parameters:
    • Report Type - Hourly or Daily
    • Start Time
    • End Time
  2. Select Generate to run the report.

  1. To download the report, select the Download icon.
