To access Call Center, go to the following URL: https://consolidated.akixi.com/

  1. Select Sign In.
  2. Enter your username and password and click Sign In.
  3. Click the menu to access the reporting tab and begin viewing specific reports.

Note: Depending on your license type, you may have limited access to reports and other elements covered in this guide.
