User Call Reports

The admin portal provides reports for both groups and individual users. Administrators can run a User Call Report, which provides detailed data on calls handled by selected individual users.

Call Record Types:

  • Today
  • Yesterday
  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days

The following call types are available for each report type:

  • Total Calls
  • Placed Calls
  • Received Calls

Generate / View / Download User Call Reports

To generate, view, and download a call center agent report, follow these steps:

  1. From the dashboard, under Reports, select User Call Report.

  1. In the pop-up window, select the user(s) you want to run the report on. Click Save.

  1. To view detailed data for a specific time period, click the title of the graph (e.g, Today, Yesterday).

  1. Results populate on two tabs: Overview or Raw Data.

  1. Select the Raw Data tab to view the following details:
    • Last name
    • First name
    • Inbound calls
    • Inbound time
    • Outbound calls
    • Outbound time
    • Total calls
    • Total time

  1. Use the filters to refine the results if needed.
  1. To export or download the report, click the Download icon.
