User Call Reports
The admin portal provides reports for both groups and individual users. Administrators can run a User Call Report, which provides detailed data on calls handled by selected individual users.
Call Record Types:
- Today
- Yesterday
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
The following call types are available for each report type:
- Total Calls
- Placed Calls
- Received Calls

Generate / View / Download User Call Reports
To generate, view, and download a call center agent report, follow these steps:
- From the dashboard, under Reports, select User Call Report.
- In the pop-up window, select the user(s) you want to run the report on. Click Save.
- To view detailed data for a specific time period, click the title of the graph (e.g, Today, Yesterday).
- Results populate on two tabs: Overview or Raw Data.
- Select the Raw Data tab to view the following details:
- Last name
- First name
- Inbound calls
- Inbound time
- Outbound calls
- Outbound time
- Total calls
- Total time
- Use the filters to refine the results if needed.
- To export or download the report, click the Download icon.
