Manage Call Forwarding No Answer
Call forwarding is a phone management feature that redirects incoming calls to an alternate number, such as a cell phone, home phone, or a colleague's number.
Call Forwarding No Answer forwards calls only when you are away from or not answering your phone.

Enable Call Forwarding No Answer
To forward all incoming calls to another number when you do not answer, follow these steps:
- From the main dashboard, under the Calling Features panel, click the Call Forwarding No Answer hyperlink.
- In the General Settings section, check the Is Active checkbox to activate the feature.
- Enter a valid 10-digit phone number or extension to forward your calls to.
- Select the number of rings before the call is forwarded. You can enter the number manually or use the arrows in the Number of Rings field.
- Click Save.
3.
Disable Call Forwarding No Answer
To disable call forwarding no answer, follow these steps:
- From the main dashboard, under the Calling Features pane, locate Call Forwarding No Answer.
- Click the Call Forwarding No Answer toggle to turn it off. Incoming calls will return to normal.
