Manage Do Not Disturb

Do Not Disturb allows you to block incoming calls and notifications by applying the busy treatment. When Do Not Disturb is enabled, all incoming calls and notifications receive the busy treatment. Optionally, you can enable a Ring Reminder to play a brief tone on your desktop phone when you receive an incoming call.

Enable Do Not Disturb

To enable Do Not Disturb, follow these steps:

  1. From the main dashboard, under the Calling Features panel, click the Do Not Disturb hyperlink.
  1. In the General Settings section, select the Is Active checkbox.
  2. (Optional) To enable Ring Reminder, select the Is Ring Splash checkbox. When enabled, a brief tone will play on your desktop phone when a call is received.
  1. Click Save.

Disable Do Not Disturb

To disable Do Not Disturb, follow these steps:

  1. From the main dashboard, under the Calling Features panel, locate Do Not Disturb.
  2. Click the Do Not Disturb toggle to turn it off.
